Been having issues with my shoulder. Pain is primarily only when my arm is straight up or back about 10 degrees from that.
Lifting, it starts rough but subsides after a few warm up sets (and regular warm up) benching. Slight strain squatting but that’s it, pull ups and dips, etc all feel fine. No issues boxing, normal activities, etc.
generally feels weaker. Will schedule an MRI but wondering if that’s the right thing.
