I have a small building that I just bought here in Wyoming, MI. Didn't think I needed Commercial Architect sealed drawings. Just found out I do. I've called 6 places, and have gotten one call back, and he was going to look at getting me an estimate.
I am simply putting up 5 interior walls, some electric and not much else.
Anyone have any hookups...not a big job, but probably as cookie cutter as they get.
