I have decided to start looking for another job. The only problem is that I've been with one employer for 13yrs and have no idea where to start. I have a degree in HR, but haven't used it since 2001. Currently I'm a Director of Business Development. Reason why I'm looking is related to burn out and a change with management that I can't work with. It's not personal; we just don't mesh with our different styles. Is there someone who I could send my resume too? This is going to happen one way or another; I'm leaving my current employer. I'm on vacation all next week, my wife wants for me to use this time to reflect on if I should really seek new employment.
