I’m possibly looking at getting one of either of those 2021 models and after doing some research, now leaning Silverado.
Essentially, both are the same pick-up but the Silverado appears to have a better towing capacity (however, not a dealbreaker).
The fact that the 2021 Silverado now offers the multi-flex tailgate is a huge bonus as well (one option I liked on the 2019 and 2020 Sierra’s).
Plus, I like the look of the rounded wheel wells on the Silverado much better than the squared off look of the Sierra (I don’t know why GMC doesn’t make that change).
Lastly, I’m intrigued by the V6 Diesel engine option (I currently have another diesel vehicle) so any thoughts there would be great.
Does anyone have thoughts on either 2021 model? Are there any reason(s) I should be entertaining the Sierra over the Silverado?
TIA
