OSU hire Schiano as D-coach...

he was pretty decent his 2 years at Miami so wondering if he is any good. Curious why we never looked at him - rich just get richer and OSU now has a D-coach with an NFL pedigree which should help them even more in recruiting.

Yep. Just like Ash. As soon as the right job opens he will be gone and that is okay..

Bottom line, is he is a grand slam home run hire.

Having lifetime assistants (like Tressel with Bollman) is the not-so-appealing alternative.

I wouldnt necessarily agree with this look at Norm Parker for iowa all those years
