I believe that most of us are already aware of his still-unresolved legal issues from a few months ago—and maybe I missed it, but I don't believe Jim "Shark Hugger" McElwain has yet announced any kind of discipline for the kid for the upcoming season.
However, apparently there is now a Title IX investigation being launched into his prior legal issue: being accused of sexual assault a few years ago:

I know there's a lot of skepticism in these parts about the idea that Callaway could miss our game, and that skepticism is surely well-founded... but I can't help but wonder if this could force McElwaine's hand a bit as far as handing out publicly visible punishment (a suspension) for Callaway's latest misdeed.
