MSU makes a concerted effort to strip or knock the ball loose every chance they get. Both of our fumbles were a result of that. OTOH, to my eye, we do not do that as consistently. Our D is tops, but not re: turnovers.

The picks were a team effort, even though OK threw the ball. OK is a 5th year guy but with very little game experience here, making his first start. The OL did not protect him. The receivers did not get open. He tried to make plays by throwing into tight windows and it cost him. In a game like this in those conditions, he should have just thrown it away to play another down. That's what Lewerke did several times, avoided the sack or pick and got rid of the ball.

My MSU friends are all over FB crowing about owning the Big House. They hate Harbaugh with a passion. Hurts. I'm on board with criticism, harsh criticism, but I ain't throwing him under the bus. The most shocking thing to me is how quickly some people have done a 180 on him. I'm not on board with that.
