Saw a tweet to a 2022 OL. Tagged on the tweet (not sure that's the right terminology) were Warriner, Debord and Newsome.
That's an offensive line staff I feel very comfortable with and would call it elite.
If I were AD I'd point to groupings like that and OSU's D-line brain trust and say "that's the standard".
Not sure we're there at any position group save for OL. I'm comfortable that we have elite development at corner - though the recruitniks seem to get frustrated by Zordich.
Harbaugh's staffs at Stanford were loaded. It's time we get more for our money here. Assuming he returns, all eyes should be on staff composition. No reason for it not to be elite.
