Before the game started, FOX cameras panned the OSu sideline and our sideline. I got this slightly sinking feeling right off seeing the difference. Their energy and enthusiasm was completely “out the roof”; super energized. Some might say “crazed,” BUT nevertheless, they seemed psyched, while we were basically much, much calmer.
I “get” that different people react and prepare differently...but they indeed PLAYED like they looked before the game. We, likewise, played with less emotion; did NOT fire up.
