OK Gents, its the crossroads time of the season.

Almost everybody is now in Conference games. Out of conference stuff is almost over.
Now, the question is, if you have a player not grading out well at this point, do you leave him and hope for seasonal progression?
Do you say, nope,, we are going with whom we started this with because a change at this point it will hurt more than help? Or do you say, nope, we are going to go with youth now?
Or if you say, we have seen enough to know he has hit his ceiling, how do you handle it?
If you decide to make a change, do you go cold turkey or do you bring the new player a few plays at a time?
