why do people still keep hiring Nuss? He stank for us last year, he stinks for Florida this year. If your entire offense is predicated on 1 player and 1 player alone, you are doing something really wrong. Florida basically went completely inept after the QB was suspended. At Bama he had supreme talent where even dumb play calls would work but he was unable to do anything with our players last year and then with Florida this year.

I hope the Buckeyes hire him!

They covered Florida's QB woes during the game. They really had no backup to Will Grier because of numerous transfers prior to Nuss coming to FL. That being said, while he did improve UM's running game last year and marginally it's blocking, he has not lit the world on fire.

I have no idea why Nuss didn't run far more QB read plays especially after the Florida QB made to big runs on the 1st drive.

Dude, Nuss should have been running Harris on designed plays all game long. Harris scrambling was the only thing that worked for Florida, and it was all just off the cuff. They were so bad.

Even so, their defense not showing up was why they lost.

Nuss was a fool not to run Harris as often as he could. He was cracking off 8-10 yds every time he took off & our slow LBs couldn't stop him. Not sure why Nuss went away from it & tried to keep him in the pocket. UM pressured him regularly & he just threw it away (or grounded it) at the last second numerous times & then came the sacks. Seems that once UM got that first sack, Harris was completely rattled & Florida was done.

Go Blue!

My favorite was the obvious intentional grounding that they decided "slipped" out of his hand. One of the worst calls ever...
