I listen to Karsch & Jansen during the game. I’ll give them an A. Doug was able to describe the action as it was happening technically to a T. The pair interacted well in response to the action organically. Jansen dropped a lot knowledge describing how impressive Mazi Smith looks walking around the football building or laying out in real time the counter Michigan’s oline ran on a play.
The two differed on the pronunciation of Olusegun Oluwatimi, but that was the only thing I heard that they would want to correct. Impressive debut.
Haven’t watched the TV copy of the game yet. Zeroed in a number of times on J.J. McCarthy before and during the festivities yesterday. McCarthy was very animated in almost everything he was involved in. Lots of back slaps and what looked like encouragement with his fellow Maize teammates. Also, saw what looked like good natured ribbing of the Blue side.
