It's meaningless, some guy got bored and made some alternate designs. Ours just happens to be ridiculously hideous.

Yeah I wasn't really concerned, but still who would want to change such an iconic design.
On a side note, not sure if Harbaugh will bring back helmet stickers or not. Does any one have an idea? I know Stanford had them and he had them when he played here. If he does (not sure I'm in favor of it), I think little block Ms would be kind of cool.

I'm not sure, but like the numbers we put on there, it messes with the classic design. I'd much prefer a cleaner look.
That being said, Harbaugh is preaching that this is a "meritocracy" and that's another way to show merit, so I'd say there is a chance.
