If the NCAA continues to use tournament evaluation tool (NET), why doesn't/didn't Michigan schedule their out of conference games away? If there are going to be restrictions on fans in the State of Michigan in the near future, why not play at Oakland as an away win vs them is more valuable than a home win or a loss away is better than a loss at home.
