Have been in Asheville, NC since Wednesday evening for a conference that started on Thursday evening. Finished today about noon.
I was able to get to Biltmore Thursday and spent about 5 hours there before we had our first reception Thursday night. Had an amazing dinner for about 50 people at Curate on Friday night. Spent about 5 hours walking around town (had a few cocktails) this afternoon.
Asheville and Biltmore far, far, far exceeded my expectations. I have wanted to come here for a long time and will come back for sure. Great get away location, and the fall is probably best. Downtown reminded me a lot of AA in the summer. Great place to visit.
