Greg Mattison is one of my favorite Michigan coaches of all time but his performance in The Game since coming back in 2011 has been spotty.
2011 ended our losing streak but almost didn’t when we allowed a frosh qb on a mediocre OSU team to hang a ton of points on us.
In 2013 we just needed the defense to be awful as opposed to atrocious and we would have had a season saving win.
2015 we sucked on D.
2018 his star studed dline was a non factor. Impossible to conceive of coming in.
