I am asking you folks to please keep my family & I in your thoughts & prayers...This past Wednesday my step-son (His mother and I have been together for 12 years) took his own life. I have lost quite a few in my years but nothing has hit me so hard as this...I never imagined a pain as great as this losing someone that is in a way like your own. He has been in my life since he was 18 (now 30) and was such a kind & caring person.
It was over the mother of his 18 month old son & he unfortunately could not overcome the demons that were darkening his world. Today is going to be the hardest day of our lives & Holly (his mother) is just beside herself.
