My expectation level for UM football..

Is to beat our rivals, and win Big Ten championships. We haven't beaten both Sparty and OSU in the same season since 2003. Haven't won the Big Ten since 2004. Should I lower my expectations. Because what I am seeing this year isn't cutting it on O. When will UM get back to an elite level. And recruit elite qbs and rbs.
