Might be an older guys' musings here but so be it. I don't if it's age, generation, etc. but I just hate to see these kids leaving so early. Nothing to do with football, has to do with life.
The first time you get a bad eval in life, don't get a job you wanted, relationship issues, etc. you're going to bail? Need to learn to stay the course in whatever you endeavor to do. I know these are young but they are not all going to the NFL, they need to think about the future. What if the guy in front of you gets hurt? Position change? Whatever. Stay committed and work hard. I just hope they learn sooner than later.
I do think there are some who simply do not like football as much as they thought they did and when you play at this level for the Harbaugh's of the world, better be all in. I (pure specualiton) think that might have been the case with TWJ and going to Stony Brook.
