Problem is he does not obviously have the ability to be an OC. So we have running game coordinator. Stupid as it sounds. He has become more important than the team. Jedd hid his areas of incompetence . His wanting more responsibility and money is the problem. Otherwise why not keep Jedd and demote Drevno. Wheatley gone and now we have Jay. This is what happened to the team. Harbaugh gave into Drevno and now this is what we get.
Much of this comes down to Drevno wanting to make more money than an oline coach can make.
