If O'Korn is the QB he should be able to escape pressure in some situations and get the ball out others. The key will be how many times he can avoid sacks and turnovers. If he can manage that & keep the offense on schedule we should be ok.
The flip side is going to be true for the MSU offense as well. MSU can't run the ball even if we don't sell out and Lewerke is going to be under pressure all night. We WILL get to him and he better be very careful running the ball or he might find himself on the sideline for the rest of the night. Don Brown is going to take away Lewerke's security blanket (Davis) & I'd be willing to bet he's going to make more than a few mistakes in this game.
Big key for O'Korn will be knowing when to throw the ball away or live to see another down and take a sack. He seems like someone that would throw and try to make a play though I think JH is pretty good at coaching that up I think. I think Michigan goes spread a bit in this one with O'Korn at QB.
When you say spread are you saying read option stuff or higher percentage of shotgun?

All I know is UM has not lost a game under Harbaugh when rushing for 100 yards or more. They have only won once being under 100 yards.6
That of course takes into account sacks as well.
This MSU defense looks like one that could keep us under 100, especially the way the O line is (not) playing right now.
The offensive line that controls this game wins. As bad as we are, my guess is our entire defense will just be too much for MSU.
Hilarious, rush 7-9 all day.....ok. No one would do that. Maybe 7-8 in the box but rush and pursue the line of scrimmage......not.I think more shotgun situations. O'Korn is a legit threat with his legs and I can see JH asking him to do some quick throws/slants to make the game easier for him and play it to his strengths. My 2 cents. I think our TEs will be open all day long because Sparty will rush 7-9 on every play unless they can beat our O-line with a 4-5 man rush, in which case we might be in some serious trouble.
