Says yesterday that Devin Bush is a dirty player (may be debatable). That is not the problem.

His next sentence was why he feels that way. He said, and I quote "game in and game out Devin Bush has questionable targeting calls".

He was taken out of the Iowa game last year.
He probably should have been ejected from the Florida game.
I honestly haven't seen the hit last Saturday. I was at the game and have not watched the replay.

Regardless, three times in 19 career games he was flagged for targeting, reviewed for targeting, or supposedly should have been this last Saturday.

Not sure how that falls under the game in and game out category.
Douchebag of the century!!

Not sure about the phrase "game in and game out", but I was surprised that he wasn't called for targeting in the MSU game.

His style of play could definitely leave him vulnerable to ejection, under the current rules

valenti owns us. We just need to take it. Honestly we deserve to wear skirts for a long time after saturday. Huge huge loss. Hope the guys can put it past them but I wouldnt be surprised if this puts us in a tailspin. That Isaac fumble was humongous.

Who is Valenti?
Sports Radio personality on 97.1 the ticket in Detroit. Moo U Grad. Proud of his team for sure. Tends to pull the M fans out of the weeds & onto the phone call lines with his comments. Most often he has to.....otherwise he'd be stuck with dead air unless the Lions are on a losing streak.

I missed last weeks "hit" that Bush made. He has been close a number of times by the letter of the rule. Which I think the rule needs tweeking regardless. Maybe I'm wrong but could be because of his lack of height for a front 7 player. Just seems he often has his head parallel with back or WR's head so when collision takes place inadvertent head contact may take place. That's my story & I'm sticking to it. ;)

Targeting as we all know is a stupid penalty. Guys are flying around trying to make plays and helmet to helmet is going to happen. We've been fortunate so far, but yeah Bush needs to be careful and I'm sure he's going to be scrutinized.
