It doesn't seem like a big deal, but I know someone who has been to probably 50 different schools throughout the country, and he always told me Michigan had the most sterile environment for practice. One of the things he mentioned that others did that the kids seemed to love was pump is some music. Any idea if that's happening? Maybe the younger staff is having some influence with it? Play loose have fun?
