With all the draft information flying around, I wonder if we have some sort of latitude this year as fans by saying, you know:
-We know the Defense is ahead of the offense. That has been true for years for the most part this time of the year. (And the new staff and players/TEAM coming together)
-The draft may just be funky enough to spread the team out evenly. So that everyone is stepping up to the plate.
-So its not necessarily 1s vs. 2s. Which is a good thing.
-We still can't really judge too much from the QB/OL play just that we are looking for execution and players making plays.
In the past we as fans could nit pick about all sorts of things when seeing who stepped up, who dropped balls, who found the holes if there actually holes to run through or was the defense just shutting the offense down?
So in your opinion(s), how do we as fans relish the Spring Game more, take things with a grain of salt, be excited for more than we could find things to be bummed about? How should we manage the Expectation thingy? So that we don't over react to things. lol.
I suppose, the "Things to look for" list is also just sort of out the window and we should enjoy and not judge at this point. If we should and if there is something that absolutely must be further along, I look forward to those thoughts post holidays.
Thanks for any reply in advance.
