Mods/CB: What is the main reason Harbaugh’s extension hasn’t been done to date?

Is it Harbaugh may be considering other options?

Is Warde in a wait and see approach?

Seems like this is starting to feel like reluctance on Jim’s part because Warde’s loyalty to Jim is undeniable and I am sure he wants to keep him at all costs
