IMO, one of the clear areas where the Harbaugh regime is showing off Leaders and Best skills is the Edits they're sending to recruits.
This is the third one of the "mapping your path to the draft" style that I've seen.
It appears that with each kid, they've shown them drafted by a different team, and most likely, by the kid's favorite team (first one I saw, kid was holding up a 49'ers Jersey; this appears to be a Cowboys jersey).
On top of being incredibly creative stuff that requires a good amount of talent to do at such a high level, they're also nailing some of the details that show that they're getting to know these kids and paying attention to their preferences.

I'm tempted to ask him if he's comparing the game gear of kids and adding those details to the edits (i.e., gloves, glove color, elbow pads, wrist tape... all those design-your-own-player video game options).
