Michigan vs UNC - Bball Tickets

Happy Saturday everyone! I am planning on going to the Mich-UNC game and had a question regarding tickets. I have never done a road game for bball or football, so I was wondering if I can purchase in a "michigan section" through the university?

I am not alum, so I would guess that plays a factor, but was just curious. Figured I'd check before buying on Stubhub.
