With the newer, bigger, better Big Ten, this might be the only way we play our old friends more than once a decade.

I'm sure glad we expanded to add Rutgers and Maryland!

That's a weird situation... I agree that it sucks we play Rutgers and Maryland every year and not Nebraska, Wisconsin, Iowa...

I would rather play Maryland every year than Iowa. It is better for recruiting and media attention. I do agree with you about Nebraska and Wisconsin

Adding Rutgers and Maryland to the Big Ten was beyond stupid, more so for the reasons they did it: to expand coverage of the Big Ten Network. It would have made more sense to bring in Missouri and Kansas.

That's exactly what I thought when I first heard it was going to happen. But we do get some good recruits out of NJ, so it's not all that bad.
Mizzou and Kansas would have made more sense geographically I think.
