I know strange place to come ask this question but cant find an answer anywhere, maybe someone could help, it seems they havent declared a winner yet in Michigan presedential race bt trump/clinton, is there some reason for that and/or is it done and not et announced, I have a bet at stake on who is declared the winner.

Pretty odd how some precincts are totally counted within hours and some take days.
I would try to fix that problem if I were in charge. I don't know that there's an urgency to find and fix the issues, though.
Nobody is still using the punch ballots like in Florida in 2000, are they? Remember how stupid that was? Sheesh.
