- Harbaugh is a stubborn coach, clinging on to old system of Bo and Pro set. This is not going to work in this modern time of college football. In order to win and dominate at the collegiate level, you must have a prolific offense that can score at will. Michigan is far from that. Their offense has improved this year but it is Far Away from being a prolific offense. Mich offense and OSU offense is like night and day. It is the offensive system that we must change and modernize. You can't incorporate few read option plays in a game and expect to be prolific. The Read-Option has to be the team basic offensive system in which they run off on every play. Out with the old and in with the new. We must open up to throw down field; crossing routes; slants to WRs in every game. None of that happened this year with any regularity. We only throw to WRs to sideline or WR quick screen.
- We must recruit and get our fair share of Physical Specimen and Supreme Talents EVERY YEAR in order to be able to compete for championship and be elite every year. We need to get OL already at 300 pounds like Alabama and OSU get them and beef them up to 320 all muscles strong. Not 275 pounds and try to beef up to 300. We will never catch OSU, Clemson, etc... if we don't get OL and DL physical specimen. That's where games are won and lost. 2018 was a horrible class. 2019 is better. But we must be able to get physical specimen and supreme talents every year.
