Michigan lost its bearings after Bo’s death and it all goes back to Bill Martin’s dereliction of his duties at a true inflection point for the program.

after abysmal hiring in RR And Hike, the program then makes the classic management mistake of hiring a coach who probably viewed Michigan as second choice option and then overpaid him and create an atmosphere that lacks accountability

These classic mismanagement traps are more embarrassing than the pathetic play on the field and sadly we might never recover
