Michigan has had tremendous success with Don Brown attacking man to man/single high safety attack against the vast majority of our opponents...because of that, we practice and play that scheme all year long without employing a zone scheme to limit big plays. Until we perfect a zone scheme to utilize against teams with great athletes we will continue to be blown out by the more talented teams...see PSU last year, OSU every year. Solving your problems "with aggression" does not work against special athletes...D Haskins said he was "licking his chops when he saw single high safety"...and OSU had athletes running free from the first snap. I believe in JH, he is a fabulous coach and will get this corrected.
