Michigan in Big Ten championship not as far fetched as thought

Free associating here. There could be a four way tie for first place in Big Ten East. PSU, MSU, OSU and Michigan. ASSUMING OSU beats MSU and MIchigan beats OSU. Not out of the realm of possibility. Not sure how a 4 way tie is resolved???

Also assumes Michigan wins out.

It is now in the possible range!!!
