and has since well before Harbaugh.

Denard is the perfect example of how a single player can hide so many problems. Michigan needs that guy. Hoke had no business being here as a HC and Denard prolonged that.

McCarthy is the next in line of rankings praise. So since this seems to be Harbaugh's last go at it do you just throw McCarthy into the fire starting in January and say you're the guy and let him take every meaningful rep he can? It's obvious from game time Milton isn't it if he decides to not transfer. I cautioned back in the summer during his workout videos that he was going to one target and that makes it easier to unleash it with confidence. It made me think back to Grudens QB videos with Terrelle Pryor. He ran a drill where he would tell the qb last second where to go and they gad to adjust because 3 wrs were out there. Pryor insisted on knowing from the beginning saying "yeah but how will I know where to go". It was an obvious red flag for my amateur eye and you could see Gruden was done at that point. Michigan has needed a stud at qb and I think they need to see if McCarthy is it sooner than later. Cade made some great plays so it's obvious it needs to be seen if those are something he can string those performances together.

I love that JJ is coming in early.
