Michigan-Florida FORT Game Watch in Chicago - Planning

The last time I organized a Michigan FORT Game Watch in Chicago was in 2015 for the Utah game. I reserved a private room at the Oldest Bowling Alley in Chicago and the damn thing burned to the ground the day before the game (Bad Karma)



I am looking for suggestions for a place in Chicago where we can get a private room for about 20 Michigan fans and a BIG SCREEN to watch the game. I know there are a number of Michigan Bars in Chicago. I'm looking for a FORT event with guests.

What are some locations that would be suitable?

Preferably on the north and northwest side and fire proof
