"I was told that Harbaugh came into the room for film practice with the team on Monday and played the failpunt play over and over to the team for 20 minutes, stopping on to comment on things, like look at them celebrate in our endzone."

Now, I don't know how accurate that was, but it sure sounds like a Harbaugh thing and I bet it was effective as hell.
