Doesn't appear that the meritocracy extends to the offensive coaching staff. Year 3 and a pathetic offense coaching performance. Whether it's too many cooks in the kitchen or the wrong coach Harbaugh needs to get this right. He's getting too $ and the expectations should at least be continued improvement in the offense.
