In high school I belonged to a program that played favorites. It was never determined the starters were the best. It mattered whose family you were born from.
Under Hike, I think this was his downfall.
Under Harbaugh, if you don't work you butt off everyday, every rep, you will be passed. 5star to no star to walk on - you will play by merits earned, not name, fame, or family.
This is the reason Jim's team will surprise us this year. Win or lose, this team will give effort.

Had I played for Jim, rather than a Hole, I might of been at least a division 2 or 3 player.
