Whether Warde opts for a change @ HC, or not, I hope whatever he decides is based on good reasoning.
(I’m aware a return by Jim Harbaugh looks likely right now.)
The Buyout and Fear of Change, are two reasons I don’t think qualify as good ones.
On the flipside, based on my observations and trustworthy reporting here, there are culture issues that undermine the team’s functionality and quest for success.
What is Jim’s Plan to right the ship? Has a plan to attack this issue been presented to Warde? If so, is it one that appears likely to get to the root of issues dogging the program? What’s Jim’s level of enthusiasm to implement it?
Communication is extremely important to successful organizations. Respect and Accountability have to present, always.
If Warde is satisfied Jim is ready, prepared with new plans and not just new faces, ok.
If he has doubts, well, not ok, and he should make a change.
More importantly...
Wishing all Wolverines A Safe and Happy Holiday season.
Go Blue. Always.
