Possibly. No matter if they were walk-ons or All Americans, they need more than 1 second to run their routes.The receivers weren't getting open because they were mostly walk-ons. I wouldn't take anything from this spring game, when it comes to the QB's. And anyone saying Peters threw the best ball or is the most talented is just reaching. There simply wasn't enough real data to determine anything IMO.
I could tell Peters was the most talented. Had the ability to see the whole field and threw a nice ball. O'Korn has moxie and throws a nice ball but not quite the talent of Peters.
