Lulu Live TV

LuLu Live TV has all the channels I want (BTN, ESPN, FS1/2, TGC, News Networks, locals) for only $40 per month. Cheap comparing to DirecTV. I am thinking of switching.

Does anyone on Fort have LuLu Live TV? If so, how can I connect to my big screen TV? I don't want to watch it on Iphone or Ipad. Do I get some kind of box/equipment to connect to my big screen TV?
Are all the channels in HD?
