Could lose to Purdue, after being up 21-0. They have a habit of laying down after getting a lead; it was only a matter of time until that came back to bite them.

Doubt we'll be talking about the #2 team in the country much longer. Spartans were lucky to beat Purdue -- at home! Look for a big time tumble in the polls.

MSU looked very good in the first half. Totally went away from the pass game in the second half, even though Cook was sharp. The conditions sucked, but the coaching sucked more.

Hate to say this, but MSU is just not very good. Their defense is mediocre at best, and the offense has not adjusted yet to the fact that the defense cannot bail them out.
