After much deliberation, I would trade out of #6 and attempt to acquire a couple later first rounders (Approx 20 and 23 if possible) . This would allow a haul of best player available lke Kancy, Bijan, and Witherspoon.
I'm not enamored with the potential picks at #6 as the Lions could pick up comparable players at comparable positions of need (Torrence at #20 vs Skronski at 6 or Kancy at 18 vs Carter at #6, Witherspoon at 18 vs Gonzales at 6)
