When someone asks who are the best DCs in college football the same names seem to get mentioned (Brown, Venables, Foster, Armanda, Pruitt, etc). I feel like there is less of a consensus when it comes to OCs. So who are generally considered to be the top OCs in the NCAA right now? If you could throw a lot of money at one guy to fix the offense who would you target?
