I got this data from the Phil Steele website (dated June 5th). This is NOT a Phil Steele forecast, it is Vegas Odds(South Point) which he published. He encouraged readers who disagreed to get a plane ticket to Vegas and put your money where your mouth is.

7.0 - Notre Dame (PUSH)
5.0 - Michigan State (?????)
3.0 - Maryland (PUSH)
3.0 - Rutgers (PUSH)
