I know he isn't coming because he would need a DC or AHC title but was Foote ever in the convo for DC? The dude has proven success in NFL, UM ties, probably a better recruiter than MM and coached the best LBs in David and White. He would've been a great X's and O's DC + a great recruiter with his proven success. Did JH miss on him or was he always staying put with Tampa?
