KC Game: Did anyone just see the Bengals fan in the mask after that TD?

Kareem Hunt scores a TD at 11:19 of the 3rd Quarter. The cameras cut to a shot of a guy in a cat mask, wearing orange Bengals gloves in the stands.

Not amused, the guy deadpan looks into the camera and casually "flips the bird" to NBC.
