The said mountain that Jimmy has to climb to bring us back to days of glorious vistas in our minds have two games that are must win. Now normally in any given year its OSU. However in my mind tonight its Penn St & MSU. Yes, beating OSU is always the goal, however currently, they are like eating that elephant in your living room. One bite at a time is the only strategy that will work. They have much more firepower than we do so I realize beating them this year would be akin to the 1969 season rerun. However the other two seem to be of primary importance for a few reasons. One, Michigan kids need to start thinking the best players all go to Ann Arbor again instead of wandering eyes towards E.Landfill. We must take the state fully back. I mean taking 7 of the top 10 players in the state each year. Two, the other team, PSU has location leverage against us when we are both looking at New Jersey. This state has become extremely important to us. One reason, Michigan isn't enough obviously to fill our needs. Two, they just need to keep PSU out of there. Also, PSU has been wandering around over here lately like OSU to get players. That also has to stop. To the kids in New Jersey, driving down to PSU just seems like downstate. Advantage PSU. So we need to step on their throats and hold them down. That means beating them in Happy Valley this year. Tough but doable. MSU however in on our turf this fall. We absolutely have to find a way to beat those scumbags this year. Even if it takes every player pounding a stake in the field, or shutting off the hot water or painting the locker room pink, drug sniffing dogs or sugar in their bus fuel tank. I dont care how its done, it just has to happen. Darktonio needs to realize he isn't the biggest dog on the porch that he thinks he is. A size 12 Harbaugh boot up his happy side is needed, bouncing him back to Landfill grimacing from the leather injection. Gentlemen, I say its time. Its past time. Its our time. We are no longer asleep on the front porch. We are on our feet, barking, drooling and yanking at the end of our chain. The chain snaps Sept. 3rd.
