* When we all look back in five or 10 years, the hiring of Don Brown will probably be at the top of the list of great moves by Harbaugh.
Besides being a crafty and aggressive DC, he has an eye for talent and can recruit.
How did Michigan get this guy (rhetorical) ?
* I have no idea what Jack Harbaugh does *exactly* for the program, I just smile when I see articles pointing out he is around. Whatever he brings you just know it's all good...
* For all the talk of how young Michigan is (true) and the harping about "third place" I wonder (with a smile) just what some media folk would be saying if Michigan was in the West division.
The tune would be different, especially with a schedule like Wisconsin's.
The East is top heavy and as things stand, probably always will be. Jim Delaney might fix it...

* Had to laugh seeing a prognosticator go to Twitter predicting a Florida win in the opener because of the Gators' speed.
Somebody is in for a surprise. If the Wolverines don't win that one, lack of speed will not be the reason...
