We're winning which is great. We play very hard which is fun to watch, but..Teams with quick guards still give us fits ( as they do most teams) I still wish Livers had worked more on his ability to take people off the dribble (it would be his ticket to the pros). He is a good player but people are understanding how to defend him and just realize he just doesn't have that ability.. They're getting in his face and daring him to take the ball to the basket. If his 3 is off he ends up with low scoring games. I appreciate that he does other things well but we can't have him scoring 6-8 points in a game. Especially with Franz struggling as well. I have to believe Franz will get it going and we may lose a couple until he does. Dickinson has been the glue he playing very well but he is going to see some bigger post players as we move forward and they are going to defend his left hand. They are also going to take it at him more to see if he can play D and not foul.. Brooks will need to step up his scoring more as he is a very unselfish player and we may have to call on to look for shots. Brandon Johns looks like he has added more pieces to his game but needs to slow it down. He's still playing too fast. Smith makes me nervous as he dribbles around way to much and we often end up with a reduced clock to get off a good shot. Penn St forced him out from the 3 point line and overplayed our passing lanes because of this. We really only have a couple of players who can take people off the dribble and make a team pay for overplaying us. We got very stagnant at times and Penn St got on runs that allowed them back in the game. I am hoping Collins can be that guy for us next year who can break down teams for us and dish it or take it to the hole. Chaundee Brown is fun to watch but again Penn St smothered him on D and played excellent D on our 3 point threats. because other than Franz and Brooks who is going to drive the ball. That's enough for now as this is getting to long. This is a good team, they play hard but we are going to take our lumps with good Ds.
